Description of the flag

In 1963, the flag of the Communist Party, as shown in Flaggenmitteilung #159, was red with the hammer and sickle, but in a position the inverse of that on the flag of the USSR, and situated in the center of the field.
In the upper part is written pain paix (bread peace) and below the hammer and sickle, toward the fly liberté (liberty).
